Sheena Santamaria is a Filipina American comedy writer and SAG-AFTRA actor based in Los Angeles. Originally from Orange County, CA, she earned her BA in Global Studies from UCLA and her Msc in Global Politics from the London School of Economics (how she did not become a diplomat as intended remains unclear).

Sheena was previously a writer on Maude Night at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre and has written sketches for Filipino AF and Gayasian AF. She also wrote on several romance audio dramas for Pocket FM, which have collectively garnered over 2 million listens.

Her original comedic pilots have placed in competitions such as the Austin Film Festival and Final Draft Big Break. She loves to write rambunctious comedies that are full of humor and heart.

When she's not writing, Sheena listens to k-pop, roots for the Dodgers and Lakers, and plays video games such as Stardew Valley.
